Rental Facility Terms and Conditions

Use of Property:
 

The Lessee agrees to use the rented property only for the purposes stated in this Contract and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Lessee is allowed to only use the rented items listed below based on selection:

- Ring
- Building
 

Insurance Requirement:

For events, all Renters are required to show proof of event insurance before the event. Renters are also required to have fans, attendees, and participants sign a hold harmless and liability agreement upon entering the venue.
 

Cleanliness and Damages:

The Lessee is responsible for returning the property in the same condition as received. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will be charged an additional $250 plus cost for any equipment damaged.

 

Liability and Insurance:

 

The Lessee agrees to hold the Owner harmless for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event. The Lessee is encouraged to obtain liability insurance for the duration of the event.

 

Noise and Disturbance:

 

The Lessee shall ensure that the event does not disturb neighboring properties or violate noise ordinances. The Owner has the right to intervene if disturbances occur.

 

Alcohol and Smoking:

 

The Lessee agrees that the consumption of alcohol and smoking are strictly prohibited on rented property.

 

Termination of Agreement:

 

The Owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and evict the Lessee in the event of a breach of terms or disruptive behavior, based on what is being leased.

 

Governing Law:

​

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia.

 

Entire Agreement:

 

This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
