Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for training with Platinum Championship Wrestling (PCW). By registering for our training program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Registration and Payment:
   
   1.1. Payment for training is required in advance. PCW accepts payments through various methods, including but not limited to cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment platforms.
   
   1.2. The training fee is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by PCW.
    

2. Age and Health Requirements:
   
   2.1. All trainees must be at least 18 years old.
   
   2.2. Trainees must be in good health and physical condition. PCW reserves the right to request a medical examination clearance if deemed necessary.
    

3. Behavior and Attitude:
   3.1. Trainees must maintain a respectful and positive attitude at all times during training sessions.
   3.2. Any disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior towards fellow trainees, trainers, or staff members will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the program without a refund.
    

4. Safety and Liability:
   
   4.1. PCW prioritizes the safety of its trainees. Trainees must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by PCW trainers.
   
   4.2. PCW is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during training sessions. Trainees participate at their own risk and are encouraged to obtain personal medical insurance.
    

5. Training Sessions:
   
   5.1. PCW reserves the right to modify training schedules and sessions as needed. Any changes will be communicated to trainees in advance.
   
   5.2. Trainees are expected to attend all scheduled training sessions punctually. Tardiness without prior notice may result in exclusion from the session.
    

6. Personal Belongings:
   
   6.1. Trainees are responsible for their personal belongings during training sessions. PCW is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
    

7. Use of Likeness:
   
   7.1. Trainees consent to the use of their name, image, voice, or likeness for promotional purposes by PCW without compensation.
    

8. Termination of Training:
   
   8.1. PCW reserves the right to terminate a trainee's participation in training sessions at its discretion, with or without cause.
   
   8.2. Trainees expelled from training due to violations of these terms and conditions will not be entitled to a refund.
    

9. Privacy Policy:
   
   9.1. PCW may collect personal information for the purpose of training registration and communication. Personal data will be handled in accordance with PCW's privacy policy.
    

10. Amendments:
    
    10.1. PCW reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Trainees will be notified of any changes in writing.
